How Does Meditation Change the Brain?
We practice breathing exercises and mindfulness in all our martial arts classes, for all ages. However, meditation in itself is its own practice that needs to be cultivated with guidance and at-home efforts. In our tai chi program, we conduct a meditation session which can serve as your focal point for your week’s meditation practice.
