CMAC Mississauga and CMAC Brampton teach karate, a self-defence based martial art, with specialized programs according to age.
The programs of karate in Mississauga and Brampton are founded on classical karate-do, and are self-defence based, with specialized classes according to age. This page is about the karate program for adults. Our style is Goju Ryu Karate-do, meaning “hard-soft style empty hand way.” Various forms, blocks, strikes, grabs, holds, and takedowns are the primary study here. An emphasis is placed on goshinjutsu (life protection arts)—skills used for self-defence.
