CMAC Dapo karate school in Mississauga and Brampton teach classical karate, a self-defence based martial art, with specialized programs according to age. Our style is Goju Ryu Karate-do, meaning “hard-soft style empty hand way.” Various forms, blocks, strikes, grabs, holds, and takedowns are the primary study here. An emphasis is placed on goshinjutsu (life protection arts)—skills used for self-defence.
Our dojo is predominantly a karate school, with 90% of students training and studying karate. Other martial arts include kickboxing and arnis (Filipino Martial Arts).
