Goju Ryu Karate-do
Beginners will start with basic principles designed to establish a strong foundation for progression toward increasingly more advanced instruction. Students can start anytime.

Attendance: Twice per week
Experience: Beginners accepted. No experience required
Pre-requisite: In-class assessment
Gear: Complete keikogi (karate top and pants), badge, belt
Schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Sundays in Mississauga; Wednesdays, Saturdays in Brampton
