By yourself!
Always keep the belt even
Remember: over bellybutton, crisscross behind, then return to front
Right over left (the student’s right side) and tuck through both
Left over right (the student’s left side) and tuck through one
Pull tight so it stays on during class
Do not play with, step on, or wash the belt
Carry the belt with the pants and top inside nice bag—not a plastic bag
